Who Pays For The Workshops?
The
Governors’ Institute will cover the bulk of the costs of hosting a
workshop. Depending on the needs of a particular state and the nature
of the requested workshop, however, the Governors’ Institute may
require a contribution from the state in an amount and of a kind to be
agreed upon in advance by the participants. For example, the host state
may be asked to make an in-kind contribution, such as providing the
venue for the event.
